• The delivery address includes OK convenience store / smart locker / SF service station / industrial and commercial residence.
• Delivery is currently limited to Hong Kong
Shipping Fee
• After the discount, we will provide you with free shipping on purchases over HKD 499.
• If the order amount after discount is less than HKD 499, you need to pay HKD 30 for shipping.
• During the order confirmation period, after selecting the relevant delivery service, the system will prompt you with the delivery method you can choose and the relevant delivery charges.
Delivery Time
• After receiving your order, our company will process it as soon as possible, the normal time is about 7-18 working days (except for special cases such as Qinghai inspection), the delivery time of individual goods still depends on the delivery purpose you choose location and delivery method.
• The company's working days are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Hong Kong time, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong. Orders from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the next business day; orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
